Q: DOES MY TRANSFER INCLUDE ENTRY TO THE HEALESVILLE SANCTUARY

A: No. Tickets must be purchased separately either via the Zoo website or at the gate on arrival at the zoo. Click this link to visit the Healesville Sanctuary website

Q:  DO I GET TO TOUCH THE ANIMALS? 

 

A:  Healesville Sanctuary offers close encounters with some of the animals, subject to availability and must be purchased through Healesville Sanctuary directly.

To allow for traffic delays Zoobus suggests that you do not book the first (10.20am) close encounter of the day.

Q: WHAT AGE CLASSIFIES AS A CHILD FOR TICKET PURPOSES WITH ZOOBUS?

 

A: Children 2 and under are free; 3-11 years of age fall into the child ticket category;

Ages 12 and up are classified as adults.

Q: IS THERE WHEELCHAIR ACCESS ON ZOOBUS?

 

A: Zoobus is not accessible by wheelchair, however we can transport the wheelchair in our luggage compartment and warmly welcome any persons who requires minimal assistance to travel with us on Zoobus.

Q: CAN I BRING MY CHILD'S STROLLER ON ZOOBUS?

 

A: Yes you can. We can carry your stroller in our luggage compartment, subject to space and availability. Please let us know on booking if you intend to bring a stroller.
